Our Terms & Conditions

* If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, then please do so in writing via email.

* Dogs must be kept on leads at all times whilst on site.

* 2 night stays are only available at off-peak times, with check in days only available on a Monday or a Wednesday.

* Check ins available after 15:00.  Arrivals after 21:00 could you please notify us of this in advance. Check out by 10:00.

* All under 18`s must be accompanied by an adult.

* No Hen or stag parties accepted.

* Quiet time must be respected between 22:30 and 06.30.

* Beachside Glamping reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of any guests who’s behaviour is deemed unsuitable with no refunds being offered.

* All tents must be left clean and tidy, Beachside Glamping reserve the right to incur a charge if the tent is left in an unacceptable condition to cover the extra cleaning charge.

* If your party has any complaints please inform a team member during your stay to rectify your issue. Do not lodge complaints after departure.

* Please note Beachside Glamping reserve the right to cancel any booking on short notice in the event of extreme weather or in the unlikely event that we cannot provide safe accommodation.

* By booking to stay at Beachside Glamping you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Accidental Damages

Should any significant damage or breakage occur, other than acceptable wear and tear, a charge for replacement may be made. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning where a tent has been left in an unacceptable condition, through waste, litter, interference in the structure, movement of furniture and contents etc. Guests will be held responsible for any fire, smoke or general damage, or alteration to the structure caused by negligence.

Smoking Policy

There is strictly NO SMOKING inside the tents or ensuite facilities. Please only smoke outside and ensure cigarette ends are disposed of in the campfire or bin.

Children

By booking and coming to Beachside Glamping, you agree to be responsible for the children and animals in your care and your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to facilities and the bell tents. Children must be supervised at all times
